Our dried wheatgrass juice is super concentrated. It takes 30 pounds of wheatgrass to make 1 pound of our freeze-dried powder. Because our wheatgrass is field grown
it has much more cell development and nutrition. On top of that we have the coldest drying process being used. Our wheatgrass juice is dried at -80 degrees.

Our new varieties of wheat seeds are turning out with good results. The growth is nice and even. The wheatgrass is sweet and a good dark green. I’m expecting some of the best quality wheatgrass that we have ever seen.

We are working with a company that imports organic goji berries. We worked with them to develop

a process for make a fine powder product. This product is really great and can be used for many applications.

It is very soluble and mixes into water like tang. It will be good for smoothie mixes, nutritional bars.

We are having unusual warm temperatures for January. This may allow us to start tractor work early and get the fields planted. Of course we are far under the normal rain fall which will be a big problem. But we have a unique opportunity.
